With a degree from Williams College, a post-graduate degree in Economics from Oxford University and a Law degree from Yale Law School, Carl ensures the due diligence standards are maintained at RcF. After serving in the United States Air Force as a Captain, he left the military for Yale Law School and then practiced law in New York City. He left practicing law, and spent much of his career in the trust and life insurance industry. He was a Senior-Vice President and Director of a Trust Company for 25 years. In 1992, Carl then joined Roy Craik to work on one of RcF’s primary objectives in providing funding solutions for large corporations and private corporations, which is to simplify the process. The legal requirements in plan design, establishing RCAs and trust arrangements, and monitoring of documentation, and due diligence are the responsibilities of Carl Rosen. |
