Pierre entered the financial services industry at Canada Life in the Individual Savings Products division. He then moved on to the Individual Insurance Operations. Once again, Pierre moved on to Canada Lifes Individual Distribution division in the Sales Strategies Department. It was there that he became involved in the marketing and sales support of estate planning concepts including Retirement Compensation Arrangements (RCAs) with RcF. Pierre prepared the RCA illustrations for Canada Life Marketing Consultants, National Estate & Tax Planning Consultants, and Advisors. He also provided in-force RCA support. In addition, he acted as the liaison for the New Business Case Coordinators and BMO Trust Company. In March of 2004, RcFs exclusive arrangement with Canada Life expired after the sale of Canada Life to Great West Life. Pierre left Canada Life to work as part of the team at RcF as a case consultant with Advisors, Accountants, and Plan Sponsors/Plan Members were his primary responsibilities. In October 2011, Pierre moved on to BMO Insurance and continues to work with RcF in consulting with Advisors associated with BMO Insurance for all RCAs underwritten by BMO Insurance. |
